Abcentric 20 — 20 Day Fitness Challenge

20 days | 20 exercises | 20 reps

Abcentric 20 is my FREE abdominal challenge centred on strengthening your core, toning up your abdominal region, helping you maintain better posture, and simply spicing up your ab life!🔥

The challenge takes an ascending staircase approach, where one new exercise is added to the routine each day. i.e. on day 1, you perform one exercise, on day 2, you perform two exercises, then on day 3, you perform three exercises, etc.

All the exercises are to be performed for 20 repetitions.

You will work all your abdominal muscles in this challenge and are guaranteed to see and feel the results if you complete the full 20 days.

Throughout the 20 days, you will partake in exercises that require you to stand, lay and kneel and the difficulty of the exercises will develop as you do. I hope that the results you see will inspire you to continue working out your abs regularly!

The Abcentric 20 Exercises

The table (above or to the left) outlines your new exercise for each of the 20 days. Remember you are adding the new exercise to your routine each day, not just doing one exercise (have you ever played that memory game where you have to remember what everyone else said? — “I went to the shop and I brought some…” — this challenge is a bit like that!).

I have also created a tutorial video for each exercise. I recommend that you watch each tutorial before performing an exercise so that you gain the most out of it.

YOU CAN WATCH ALL THE TUTORIALS HERE!

I want to know how you get on! Leave me a comment on my YouTube channel, or tag me on Instagram (be sure to use the hashtag #Abcentric20).
